On-Site Generated Anolyte Solutions in the restaurants

The EAQUASYS-SANCLEAN 240 and 1200 Sanitizer systems are compact electrolyzers designed to generate Electrolyzed Water on-site and on-demand from just salt, water, and electricity.

What is the Electrolyzed Water?

Electrolyzed Water is electrolytically generated hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a neutral-to-acidic electrolyzed water. HOCl has been studied for over 100 years and it is an undeniable fact that it is a more powerful oxidant than chlorine bleach. Only within the last 30 years have we been able to generate solutions of near 100% HOCl in such a stable form. HOCl kills bacteria, bacterial spores, and viruses 100 times more effective than chlorine bleach.

How does it work?

Electrolyzed Water is a powerful oxidant (800 to 1000 mV) that can kill microbial pathogens immediately upon contact by damaging cell walls or inactivate the pathogen by entering and disrupting proteins, lipids, and DNA.

Has it been researched

In the last 10 years, we have collected over 300 published research articles supporting the use of Electrolyzed Water. Nearly every common bacterial pathogen has been studied such as E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Vibrio, Staphylococcus, MRSA, spore-forming bacteria, and many common viruses and fungi. Restaurant Sanitation

Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water (ECA) can be used to replace nearly all chemicals used in restaurants for sanitation. Not only can it be used for all food contact surfaces, kitchenware, and floors, but it is also safe and suitable as an antimicrobial for sanitizing food.

Meat, Poultry, and Produce

ECA is electrolytically generated hypochlorous acid and is approved by the FDA and USDA as a safe and suitable no-rinse antimicrobial for meat and poultry. ECA is also safe and effective when used on fruits and vegetables and can replace washing produce with just potable water prior to preparation.

Preparation Areas and Cutting Boards

ECA can be used to clean and sanitize all equipment, food preparation areas, and cutting boards in the kitchen. Hypochlorous acid is approved by the EPA for use on food contact surfaces at concentrations as high as 200 ppm. ECA does not require food to be put away or covered prior to sanitation, therefore, allowing ECA to be used throughout the day, especially during peak hours when the risk of cross-contamination is highest.

Kitchenware, Pots, and Pans

ECA can replace chemicals used in the sanitation sink for cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware, pots, and pans. No post-rinse with potable water is required.

Tables, Bars, and Glass Cleaning

ECA can be used to clean and sanitize all eating areas, tables, and bars. It can also replace all chemical glass cleaners.

Feet Sanitation

A common route for bacteria entering the kitchen from the outside is through the soles of shoes. Stepping into EOW prior to entering the kitchen can decrease the introduction of microbial pathogens.

Floors and Bathrooms

ECA can replace harsh chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing floors and bathrooms.

Strong Alkaline (NAOCL) Generator for Cleaning and Degreasing

On-Site and On-Demand

The Eaquasys SanClean 240 is a compact electrolyzer designed to generate Hypochlrite NA (NAOCL), a safe and effective biobased detergent on-site and on-demand.

What isHypochlrite NA (NAOCL)?

Eco-Friendly Hypochlrite NA (NAOCL) is an alkaline electrolyzed water of detergent and sanitizer.

How does it Work?

Alkaline electrolyzed water attaches to oils and grease, break it up, and wash it away. The alkaline electrolyzed, composed of the free chlorine molecule sodium hypochlorite, is an oxidant, and assists as a cleaning agent and sanitizer.

Eco-Friendly Warewash Additive is Biobased

Eaquasys SanClean systems generate Eco-Friendly Warewash using the Table Sult.

Safe on Hands

Alkaline Degreaser is generated at a concentration that is non-irritant and safe on hands.

No Harmful Chemicals

Eco-Friendly Alkaline Solution is generated from plant-derived and food grade ingredients and contains no harmful chemicals.

  • No phthalates
  • No ammonium quaternary compounds
  • No glycol ethers
  • No benzene
  • No phosphates
